Sri Sri Vinod Bihari Das Baba ji is a gaudiya vaisnav saint. After blessing various cities of India, Baba finally has taken shelter under the divine service of radha rani in his ashram (named priya kunj ashram) in peelipokher, barsana, since 2006. Baba is the true example of mercy that the supreme lord possesses and is sure to be present in the exalted devotees of lord, like baba is. Baba is the source of mercy not only for the residents of sri dhaam barsana, but also for the fallen souls all over the world.

Priya Kunj Ashram, Peelipoker, Barsana

No one remains who is untouched from his mercy, even the animals... the love baba showers to monkeys on his way to sri ji mahal is a must to watch event. Everyone is amazed to see how all monkeys respond to baba, they take tofees, and biscuits from his hand as if they are all trained. Yes! they are trained but only under the divine love that baba showers on them. He says that they are not mere monkeys, they were all exalted devotees who begged to be monkey of sri dhaam barsana and so we must love them.

Vinod Baba showering his love

Every evening at oonchi atari at sri mahal, one can recieve great benefit from his satsang on various topics. Anyone can learn from the divine satsang. Baba just originates a river of divinity in which everyone can bathe. Then starts the divine Kirtan of

"Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Ram Hare Ram, Ram Ram Hare Hare"

and " Nitai Gaur Hari Bol " and many more vaisnav geets.

From the unlimited teachings of baba, his book "Obstacles in Bhakti" is a must-read for any vaisnav who want to live an offense-less spiritual life. You can find the book from here Obstacles in Bhakti.pdf .

It is impossible to explain who baba is. Words can be just small offering in his lotus feet. I pay thousands and thousands of obeisances unto his lotus feet and beg sorry for any mistakes that are sure to be committed by a fallen soul like me.

Eternal Servant,
A Fallen Gopi.

  4. In the bindu parampara of Nityanand and Advaita Paribars the Goswamis do not accept cooked food but only Kachi prasad from the other devotees because they consider themselves as Brahmins. However, in his dialogue between Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Rai Ramananda when Rai Ramananda stressed about the importance of Varnashram Dharma, Mahaprabhu rejected it and asked him to continue. Also, some Gaudiya Vaishnavas wear saffron clothes of sanyas ashram, carry tridand threesome staff and chant Brahma and Kaam gayatris. They consider themselves too fallen so as to accept birakt besha of Babajis. In the Shyamananda poribar, the Mahantas called Deb Goswamis of Sripat Gopiballabhpur and Remuna wear sacred Brahmanical thread jogyopavit. Moreover, some others perform vaidhi bhakti of Radha Krishna and do not meditate on the ashtakaliyo lilas of Yugal Sarkar. Parakiya Rasa is the distinctive feature of Gaudiya Vaishnava Sampradaya. Before Mahaprabhu no one gave the highest thing, Braj Prem of the Gopis. In the past century, Bimala Prasad Dutta of Kolkata accepted diksha from Gour Kishore Das Babaji Maharaj. Whether it's Hari Naam diksha? It cannot be besha or sanyas. Please clear my doubts. I'm serious about bhakti.

Renunciation - Where is the root of all attachments| Sri Vinod Babaji Maharaj

The love that we see in this world between husband and wife, parents and children, family members, friends, etc. is not the pure and divine love that a Jivatma can experience with Radha Krishna. This worldly love is only a shadow of that pure love. The divine love (Prema) is transcendental, blissful and full of spiritual consciousness. Worldly love is illusory, temporary and results in disappointment. Divine love is enlightenment while worldly love is utter darkness. A person is trapped in the cycle of birth and death only as long as he or she is trapped in worldly love (including the love for one’s own bodily identity, fame, wealth, power, etc.). But as soon as the person realizes even a single ray of Prema, he is freed from the cycle of birth and death. Worldly love should be ignored and abandoned by the sadhak who wants to achieve spiritual perfection. But divine love is the most precious treasure of the spiritual world and even highly enlightened spiritual practitioners yearn

Renunciation (Vairagya) & Women | Sri Vinod Babaji Maharaj

Sridhar Swami says in his commentary about the word ‘Vairagya’ (Renunciation) that one cannot get immersed in the contemplation of God and relish the divine bliss of His pastimes until he develops Vairagya (indifference to material world). Attachment to worldly possessions and people is the cause of impurity of heart that does not let the Jivatma achieve divine bliss. Vairagya means detachment, disinterest or indifference to body and everything related to it. One develops disinterest in body and material world when he realizes that everything in this world (including this body) is temporary; it didn’t exist before nor it will exist in future, it exists only in the present. Such a temporary thing can never give pleasure to the eternal Self. It only causes an illusion of pleasure to give disappointment in the future. Attachment to such things does not allow us to progress in bhajan and experience divine bliss. The master – servant relationship between God and the Jivatma is eterna

Manjari Bhav Part 1 | Sri Vinod Babaji Maharaj

Sri Bhagvan comes down to Earth in every Yuga, but nobody ever gave the Manjari mood of devotion to the world. "Anarpita charim chirat" The Manjari mood of devotion has been given by Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu only. The mood of loving devotion (Prem bhakti) existed before Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (as seen in Shrimad Bhagvatam in the life stories of Sri Prahladji, Sri Dhruvji, etc). Madhurya love was not new to the world at the time of Shri Mahaprabhu, but He mercifully gave the Manjari mood of love to the world. Rati (love) is classified in three types: Sadharan Rati, Samanjasya Rati and Samartha Rati. Sadharan Rati (General love) is seen in Mathura lila, where the young, female residents of Mathura were attracted to the beauty and power of Sri Krishna and hence, fell in love with Him. Samanjasya Rati (Concordant love) is seen in Dwarika lila, where the queens of Sri Krishna loved Him as their husband (and hence, the lover and the beloved are equals). Samartha Rati (Capable
