There are three phases of bhakti i.e., Sadhan Bhakti, Bhava Bhakti and Prem Bhakti which in totality have nine stages in ascending order as given below:
Sadhan Bhakti consists of the stages from Shraddha till Asakti. After Asakti comes Bhava Bhakti and finally, Prem Bhakti.
